Uncle Reds Seasoning blend was formulated by Mr. Tom - "Uncle Red" as he's known by his family and friends. Uncle Red began mixing this blend back in the 80's sharing it with family and other folks here and there. When the demand and orders became too much to manage, he partnered with Texas Custom Spice Company in Houston, TX to mix, bottle, label and pack his creation. We put Uncle Reds on just about everything!
